We have also successfully brokered sponsorship deals across a range of our events, and would be happy to discuss this further.
Black tie gala dinner with live boxing and a silent auction to raise funds for Army Boxing. We were proud to lead the planning and delivery of this memorable event where we formed a collaboration with a number of stakeholders including Army Boxing, the Amateur Boxing Association, the Honorary Artillery Company, Britishes Forces Broadcasting Services and various suppliers. The event raised substantial amounts for Army Boxing.
ETHOS Christmas Party
A 1920’s themed evening set at the top of BT Tower in the revolving restaurant. A Martini reception welcomed guests dressed in their trilbies, smoking jackets, feather boas and sequined finery. The brief of creating a memorable and fun occasion for a corporate Christmas party was met beyond expectations with a range of entertainment including a casino, 1920’s music, games and an art workshop. Much fun was had and the guests enjoyed down-time to socialise and bond.
A collaboration between the Army Sports Control Board, Team Army, BFBS and Sky, we project managed and delivered the event for 2 consecutive years (2014 & 2015), coordinated stakeholders and ensured delivery to a specification suitable to be televised on Sky. The awards ceremonies were inspiring, uplifting and created a fantastic setting to celebrate sporting achievement in the services.
With the construction industry experiencing a shortage of skilled workers and many service personnel leaving the Armed Forces each year, we were tasked with creating the launch of a Government supported initiative, ‘BuildForce’. In keeping with the military flavour of this Alliance, the event was held at the iconic Tower of London on a damp dark night in January. During the event guests explored the Fusiliers museum with drinks and canapes, making for a relaxed yet dynamic reception with guest speakers adding real first-hand impact to the launch. As the evening drew to a close guests were greeted by a Yeoman Warden and taken to help ‘lock-up’ the Tower – part of the nightly routine of the Ceremony of the Keys.
This horse racing event is significant in the Forces sporting calendar and is regularly attended by members of the Royal family. The overview from the client was to combine hospitality, networking, engagement, socialising and fun – all within a specified budget! The guest list combined military and corporate guests who enjoyed full hospitality for a day’s racing at Sandown Racecourse. The featured race, the Grand Military gold cup for military jockeys, dates back to 1841. Alongside a competitive support card of jump racing, the hospitality suite hosted entertainment throughout the day and is complemented by a knowledgeable and enlightening horse racing compere – in an effort to guide guests through ‘racing form’, the ‘odds’ and how to pick a winner.
Bringing together construction industry experts, central government officials and training organisations we delivered the SkillsPlanner Launch event at the ornately architectured Institute of Civil Engineers. The use of promotional filming and voxpops prior to the event and on the night supported the delivery of the key message outlined in the event brief. Highly respected industry professionals individually delivered powerful speeches and collectively formed a panel for an engaging Q&A session.
